Cancellation of reservation

Remember: we provide a full refund if cancellation occurs up to 30 days before check-in. This gives you the freedom to plan without worry, knowing that you can change your plans at no cost. If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 10 days before check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. This allows a degree of flexibility, balancing your needs with our operational needs. In any other case, there is no refund.
